This access road (max. 30 km/h) is limited to the residents and is also well maintained in winter, incl. the access to the garage and to the 2 house entrances (top and bottom).

RENT and CONDITIONS:
The below listed rental prices include: 2 garage places, bed linen (beds are made up), weekly change of bath- (per guest) and kitchen towels, taxes, heating, electricity, etc. however excludes telephone charges and CHF 150.00 for end cleaning. Additional cleaning service can be provided against charge. Baby’s cot approx. CHF 40.00 per week. During high season, inquiries for minimum 2 weeks get preference. Change of guests on Saturdays.
     
The apartment can be rented as a 2 1/2 room apartment (bed- and bathroom B are locked) or as a 3 1/2 room apartment.
